DESCRIPTION:Friends of Deckers Creek is accepting paints that are not expir
 ed and have enough paint leftover for another project\, and we are invitin
 g anyone to pickup paint for FREE.\n\nThe third annual Paint Exchange is m
 ade possible thanks to the support of the Morgantown Utility Board and the
  Monongalia County Commission.\n\nPlease note: We reserve the right to tur
 n any person away or to refuse to accept any product. There is a 5 gallon 
 maximum per household. We will not be accepting paints from businesses.\n\
 nWe WILL be inspecting paint when it is dropped off\, and we WILL turn ind
 ividuals away if the paint 1) is expired\, 2) has less than half a gallon 
 remaining OR 3) is an oil-based paint.\n\nAny questions? Reach out at info
